We invite young girls who would like to work with us as volunteers in the state they reside. We train them as DARE master trainers and hire them.

A Master Trainer is expected to be conversant in Hindi, English and the vernacular language of the state they live/work in |
 |
A Master Trainer is expected to engage with the local schools, colleges in the state of her residence/posting and arrange DARE workshops under the guidance from MSPL Limited |
 |
The Master Trainer needs to give weekly reports to the management and further co-ordinate necessary permissions from local bodies |
 |
If assigned to a team, they are further expected to play a leadership role to motivate and coordinate their team and its operations, under the guidance of MSPL Management |
